Unified the digital presence of a rapidly growing B2B SaaS unicorn, consolidating three acquired brands into a single, cohesive, high-performance website engineered for predictable revenue growth.
6sense, an industry-leading AI account engagement platform, was experiencing massive growth, doubling in size year-over-year. Following the acquisition of Fortella, Slintel, and Saleswhale, they faced a highly fragmented digital footprint. The challenge was to sunset the acquired brands and consolidate them under a single, unified 6sense.com domain.
The existing site struggled with technical SEO debt, slow page speeds, and lacked a clear user journey, making it difficult for enterprise buyers to understand the holistic product offering. They needed an optimized, high-performance website that was easy for their internal team to update without relying on constant developer support.
I led the UX architecture and design strategy, starting with an intensive discovery phase that included stakeholder interviews, customer journey mapping, and a full content inventory across all four domains. Our goal was to create an intuitive experience by simplifying complex AI capabilities into clear, solution-driven pathways like Capture, Target, and Boost.
We established a new visual language that felt clean, contemporary, and bold. Recognizing that B2B buyers prefer clarity over dense technical copy, we utilized 15 custom-crafted product graphics to visually explain complex data flows and platform integrations. These graphics translated abstract AI concepts into tangible value propositions for CMOs and Revenue Operations teams.
Managing a massive B2B digital consolidation takes serious stakeholder alignment, structured taxonomy planning, and a deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey. By building a scalable design system and focusing on intuitive user flows, we created a unified foundation designed to drive predictable revenue growth.
